Milania Giudice Responds to Social Media Critics After Posting a Dance Video Amid Grief Over Best Friend's Death

After the sudden passing of her best friend Victoria Zardoya, 20-year-old reality TV star Milania Giudice found herself in the eye of a social media storm. Some critics accused her of not mourning properly after posting a dance video on TikTok. The clip, set to "Lay All Your Love On Me" from Mamma Mia, showed Milania emerging from a pool fully clothed, lip-syncing the song's poignant lyrics. However, Milania was quick to address the criticism, dismissing it as unwarranted and attributing it to personal issues of the critic. The video was not intended to trivialize Victoria's death but rather to entertain her best friend who she believes is watching from above. "Guys she’s obviously trying to entertain her bestie watching down from heaven lol," one user wrote in support, while another added, "Speaking as a person currently in the grief trenches, this counts as a shower 🫶." Milania's sister Gia Giudice also weighed in, commenting "I mean get it." The Zardoya family confirmed that Victoria died on July 26, two days after sustaining injuries from a fall during a trip to Egmont Key, Florida. Her cause of death was later determined to be craniocerebral trauma, and the manner of her death was listed as an accident by the District 12 Medical Examiner’s Office. Following Victoria's death, Milania penned a heartfelt tribute on Instagram, describing her as "My soulmate," and expressing her inability to find words adequate enough to express her grief. She shared a series of throwback photos featuring the two friends, with the caption "Every Chapter Has Your Name In It 🤍🕊️." While Milania's dance video sparked some controversy, it appears that many people recognize that everyone grieves differently and have offered their support to the young reality star during this difficult time.
