Leah Barrs Sets the Record Straight on Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker Romance Rumors

In an exclusive interview on Harry Jowsey's "Boyfriend Material" podcast, former nanny to the Kardashian-Disick clan, Leah Barrs, emphatically denied rumors of a romantic involvement with Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker. "Absolutely not, oh my gosh, no," Barrs clarified, putting an end to the swirling speculation. Barrs had been in charge of caring for Kourtney Kardashian and her ex-partner Scott Disick's three children – Mason, Penelope, and Reign – from 2019 until 2022. However, she made it clear that any romantic ties with Barker, who shares a two-year-old son Rocky with Kardashian, were non-existent. Barrs clarified on the podcast that her tryst was actually with a single father whom she had worked for long before Kardashian and Barker's relationship began. "So, this was when I first moved to Los Angeles. I was 22," she shared. The revelation of this explosive secret initially cost Barrs her job, following its exposure on Hulu's "Million Dollar Nannies." Barrs explained that the incident involved a night when she had technically clocked out and was only with the father as a friend. "I did him a favor one night, and he came back from his event," she recalled. "The daughter was asleep. Technically, I'm clocked out. He is my friend. I've always thought he was hot. We hooked up." Barrs went on to share that the incident had been blown out of proportion, and she was actually quite successful at the time, earning the nickname "Ballin' Leah." "I cried episodes one through eight when I lost my babysitting job," she admitted, acknowledging her mistake. "It was my own fault. I should’ve just closed my mouth." In June, Barrs told People that she regretted the incident, despite allegedly having been single at the time. However, she also expressed that the experience had taught her valuable lessons. "I guess I don't regret it because you learn from your mistakes, but I'm not that person today." Barrs shared with The New York Post that she had initially been connected to Kardashian through an LA pastor. "It was fate," Barrs shared. "He said, ‘I think you would be perfect for the position. Would you want to work for the Kardashians? I was like, ‘Holy s--t. This is crazy! YES!'" Barrs spoke fondly of her time with Kardashian's children, describing it as "beyond nannying." She also shared that she had learned a great deal from Kourtney herself, crediting the reality star for teaching her to be a better worker and networker.
